Skyscape...October's Last!

The last day of October and I'm aiming for the skies again!:) Wispy clouds
on azure skies...birds heading back to roost...a pale moon...and then the
subtle play of colours. After days of cloudy skies and no rain, it's lovely
to see that blue. I hope I get to see angel wings formation one of these
days! Enjoy!

Thank you so much for sharing these pretty sky pictures Kanak. We have had rain and heavy cloud cover all day. The rain has knocked most of the leaves off the trees and it's hard to even find our driveway tonight!!! I can look at your pictures and dream of brighter days! Blessings to you.

Racquel, thank you so much! Wish you a great Sunday!

Thanks, Padma. When I went out of the house, it wasn't with the intention of photographing the sunset. But it gets dark pretty soon in the east and I was glad I could get these.

Trudi...exactly. Everyday, it's so tempting! The clouds...the moon..oh, I could go on....

Noelle...I'll surely do that:-) Thanks!

Kiki, thank you for your words...Glad you were here!

I like that picture with the moon so clear. Love the clear sky and birds flying here and there for it has been cloudy for the past one week over here. Have a restful Sunday!

we had the same amazing moon yesterday in Ireland and some fantastic cloud formations.

Moon looks so lovely; a perfect sphere with lots of features.
The last photograph of those denuded dendrites with the backdrop of orange sky is worthy of being farmed and proudly displayed - it appears to be telling a story.

"Rows and flows of angel hair
And ice cream castles in the air
And feather canyons everywhere
I've looked at clouds that way"
your photos remind me of this song Kanak

Lovely sky shots Kanak, very atmospheric! I also loved the blooms on your last post. But what has really captivated me (and I'm sorry I missed commenting on it directly) was the 'wonder' bug! I have truly never seen or heard of such an amazing creature before and I loved your 'soap bubble all dressed up in gold' description, so apt! It has a very apt name too...it really does look like a golden tortoise. :)

Steph/Barry...thanks! Full moon or nearly full-moon views are lovely!!

GT, worthy of being framed...I should be doing that. Thanks for the comment!

Helen, nice words, so apt! And thanks for leaving the words here:)

Susie, I noticed the moon through the palm trees last night. It was magical!

Jan, thank you so much! It doesn't matter even if you do not comment on that particular post. I love it even if a mention is made:-) I hope to see the green one in the future! Hope you're having a good week!
