Sometimes you do need a picture before you can truly appreciate insects. They are so small and easily overlooked!

You captured the translucence, the irridesence, and the spirit. So delicate and yet so mighty - indeed creatures of a blessed world

Beautiful! Your yard is loved by all, big and small.
It is the wonder of garden photography that showcases the beauty of creatures this tiny.

Thank you all for your comments. The first and sixth insects are damselflies. They look the same as dragonflies but they are smaller and more delicate-looking. The main difference between these two insects is the way they hold their wings.
A dragonfly will rest with its wings spread out whereas a damselfly will hold their wings behind them, parallel with the rest of their body.
LOved reading your comments. Have a lovey week!
