Ooh! (crunch) Doesn't it feel good to start the day feeding
on the choicest part of this bloom?!
True! I could be here the whole day (slurp)! Eat at the pace we
are famous for! (giggle)
As I was saying the other day....
I guess you're right! Now if we could.....
Psst....she's here again with that whatchamacallit....
I know! I can sense her. Just go on pretending as if you
haven't noticed she's here. That makes her very happy.....
Hi Kanak, What a fun post and great pictures with the whatyoumacallit!!!!! You manage to get the most amazing shots. I also love your new header photo.
ReplyDeleteThe sun is out today in Georgia. We had to get out for the dr. yesterday but did not have any trouble. Many road and businesses were still closed (under water) though.
Enjoy your day.
Mildred, thanks! LOL! Got the idea for the post this morning as I snapped the snails:) Glad to know that the sun is out today! The header is part of my front yard.
ReplyDeleteHave a good day!
Now that is a good laugh for me this morning! Timely too since I am not feeling so well. I'll be smiling all day.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun Kanak, very cleverly thought out! I particularly liked the last photo and I think your new header is lovely too.
ReplyDelete:)
Your dramatisation is simply uproarious! The tête-à-tête seems real if you enlarge the picture of the dragonflies. I wonder how you stopped yourself from giggling when you were eavesdropping!
ReplyDeleteI am chuckling, love the conversation bits.
ReplyDeleteAbout your question you asked on my blog: No, this is unusually early for snow. October 14 is typical first snow.
Thanks for stopping by.
Rosey
Tina....I hope you feel better soon! Glad it made you smile!!
ReplyDeleteJan, thank you so much! Have a lovely day!
Shailaja...lol! I had to try very hard!!
Rosey, thanks for the answer. And for stopping by.
LOL! You are the best Kanak!
ReplyDeleteLinda

ReplyDeleteCute post Kanak! Love the new look and the header picture.
ReplyDeleteLove the slimy little snails and their conversation. Thanks for the smiles.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great shot...!
ReplyDeleteOooh! You hear the greatest gossip when you're evesdropping! So what else is happening in insect-dom ... and snail-dom?
ReplyDeleteI loved that first photo!
Great photos as usual - and this time you even caught their conversation! =) You must have very good ears....
ReplyDeleteLovely post today!
/Helen
The conversation is entertaining.
ReplyDeleteLinda/Sweet Bay...thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteSusie, my yard is looking rather messy right now. The header picture was taken earlier this year. Thanks.
Jessica/Urban Green...thanks!!
Sunita/Helen/Padma...glad you found the conversation amusing:-)
Interesting captures of snails and dragonflies. However the damselflies are looking angry with each other.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff Kanak and funny too.
ReplyDeleteYou are so clever with the camera.
Tyra
Kanak I can hear my phone ringing and answering ...."1-800-SNAILS I will be right over"
ReplyDeleteLovely conversation... We may say "this is my garden". They say the same for zillion of years.... ~bangchik
ReplyDeleteKanak, wonderful to see you were nominated for the Blotanical Awards! It couldn't happen to a nicer blogger.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! And I wish you all the luck :)
LOL, what a fun post. They do look like they are chatting.
ReplyDeleteFun post Kanak. :) I hope you got those snails off that bloom before they demolished it.
